Canadian, Australian, and Danish readiness to attract Iranian workforce

 

The Director General of the Labor Department's workforce, announcing that Canada, Australia and the Danes began taking steps to recruit Iranian labor, announced plans to send 5,000 troops to the country in 1998.

 

Mohammad Akbarnia, in an interview with Mehr correspondent, said the establishment of labor guidance and support offices in targeted countries was one of the policies of the Ministry of Labor in the field of deploying workforce abroad, saying that these offices would facilitate the deployment of labor from our country to the destination country While working Iranians can benefit from the support of these offices in various work-related areas.

 

He said that the offices of Germany and Denmark have recently been established this year, saying that they are currently operating in countries such as Oman, Canada, Turkey, Australia, Denmark and Germany. 

 

The Director General of the Ministry of Labor's guidance and support added that these offices are established with the countries concerned through the coordination and agreement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country. Of course, in Canada, despite the fact that we do not have an embassy, ​​the Iranian Workforce Guidance and Support Office has been established and operates.

 

"Our jobs in the countries of Canada, Australia and Denmark have begun work on recruiting Iranian workforce, which we hope we can achieve good results and good agreements," said Akbarnia, referring to the important steps taken to deploy workforce abroad.

 

The official at the Ministry of Co-operation, Labor and Social Welfare emphasized: We began the deployment of workforce abroad in 1998 from the end of last year so that we can make a change in the workforce this year. The global labor market needs, especially in the health and technical and engineering fields, promise us that we can take action, but ultimately, it depends on facilitating the deployment of labor to international conditions and political opening. 

 

He also noted the high capacity of foreign labor recruited by Germany, saying that according to estimates, the country needs 700,000 foreign laborers, which in the first phase has targeted 250,000 targeted labor, but how much This need can be absorbed by recruiting Iranian labor depends on domestic technical capacities and political issues.

 

 The agreement was signed with Germany in the field of labor force deployment, and progress has been made, Akbernia said.

 

 He stated that IELTS was the most important condition for the recruitment of workforce abroad and said: Applicants for deploying abroad for employment should definitely go through the authorized jobs published on the site of the Ministry of Labor. They do. All authorized steps are in progress.
